Michael, just so you know, not eating gluten is not for diet purposes. If you dont eat gluten you are allergic to it and for some it is severe. There, you have been educated!
With diverticulitis, you should be more concerned about any seeds on the hamburger buns than you are with gluten.

I Love Bates Burgers. Always cooked just right and very tasty, unlike any burger you get elsewhere. The fries and shakes are really good too. And the employees are pretty terrific

I’ve been coming to Bates for years. Food is always great, and I always have wonderful service. I’m only giving 3 stars because of wait time.... I ordered my food at 6:40 (on the phone), they said there would be a 10 minute wait. I got there at 6:50... and watched everyone else who came after me get their food before me. I finally got my food at 7:20. If it’s going to take 40 minutes to make 6 cheeseburgers let me before I have to stand outside and wait. My food wasn’t even hot when I got home and I live 5 minutes away.

as a little girl my dad used to take me here and I recently got the opportunity to go back as an adult and it was just as good as I remember. Best fries ever!
